1. Overview

WapBot Pro is an AI-assisted customer communication and automation platform that helps businesses manage customer conversations, answer questions, process orders, and maintain support workflows across connected channels. When our services integrate with Meta technologies such as Facebook Pages, Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp, we may process Platform Data and business communication data strictly to operate the requested features.

By using our application, website, or connected messaging features, users acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described in this policy.

2. Data We Collect

Depending on how the service is used, we may collect and process the following categories of information:

  • Account and business information: name, email address, phone number, company or page name, billing details, support details, and subscription information.
  • Connected platform information: page ID, account ID, channel type, business profile information, page configuration, and access permissions needed to provide the service.
  • User profile data from connected platforms: public profile identifiers such as page-scoped user IDs, display names, locale, timezone, and profile image where made available through platform permissions.
  • Conversation and message data: message text, attachments, timestamps, conversation history, delivery or read events, quick reply payloads, postbacks, and order-related information users choose to provide.
  • Operational and security logs: IP address, browser data, device data, webhook logs, API logs, audit logs, rate-limit logs, and error reports.
  • Knowledge and automation content: business FAQs, product details, shipping rules, return policy content, templates, and AI training or instruction content added by the account owner.

3. How We Use Data

We use personal and business data only for legitimate, clearly explained purposes, including:

  • providing and maintaining the app, dashboard, messaging, automation, and AI features;
  • responding to customer inquiries and enabling businesses to communicate with end users;
  • processing order flows, support requests, shipping or return communications, and follow-up actions;

6. Data Retention

We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain records, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the data type, the account owner's settings, platform rules, and mandatory legal requirements.

When data is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it, or securely isolate it from active processing where deletion is not immediately possible.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. 9. Meta / Facebook Platform Notice

If you interact with our service through Facebook Login, Facebook Pages, Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp, certain data may be received from Meta in accordance with the permissions granted, the platform settings, and Meta's applicable terms.

  • We only request permissions that are needed for the features we provide.
  • We only process Meta platform data for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and as permitted by Meta platform terms.
  • Users can also manage certain connected-app settings directly through their Meta account settings.
For app review and compliance purposes, this Privacy Policy should be linked in the Privacy Policy URL field of the Meta App Dashboard.

10. Data Deletion Instructions

If you want us to delete your personal data associated with WapBot Pro, you may use any of the following methods:

  • Visit our deletion instructions page: https://wapbot.pro/data-deletion.php.
  • If the request relates to a Meta-connected account, you may also remove the app or connected integration from your Meta settings where applicable.

Your request should include enough information for us to identify your account or conversation record, such as your name, relevant page or business name, and the email or platform identifier associated with the interaction. We may request limited verification before acting on the request.

Once verified, we will delete or anonymize applicable data within a reasonable time unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance purposes.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age required by applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data improperly, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
