How to Request Deletion of Your Data
If you used WapBot Pro through Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, or our website, you may request deletion of your personal data associated with the service by following the steps below.
Send a deletion request
Email support@wapbot.pro with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Include identifying details
Please include your name, business/page name, email address, phone number, and if possible the platform identifier or conversation details related to your request so we can locate your record.
Identity verification
For security reasons, we may ask for limited verification before deleting data, especially if the request affects account access, customer conversations, or order history.
Deletion outcome
Once verified, we will delete or anonymize the applicable data within a reasonable time unless retention is required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or compliance reasons.
